because its purely contextual and pretty much exclusive to ugly guys lol , i'm not talking about actual sexual assault btw , but if you look at sexual harassment it is purely dependant on how the girl felt at the moment . you can really end up in jail because you were too ugly for your advances to be received postively , i'm not saying those guys arent weird but has it been the right guy and it probably would have worked , yet the ugly guy can end up with something on his record for it , crazy

i partly agree , but lets be real its mostly about looks , to me its just crazy that you can literally end up in jail for something soooo contextual and not really dependant on the act itself but WHO did the act

A good-looking person committing what could be classed as sexual harrasement in the wrong environment would be less likely to end up as a crime then an ugly person

But the significance of that decreases alot based on environment

Looks still matter alot obviously but not near as much as environment

and to even get to the lengths where u could be prosecuted with SA u would have to do something retarded

Its more environmental then who does it
even if it did go to court the court would class it differently if it was at a party vs at a library

Obviously good-looking people can get away with stuff others couldn't be that applies to alot of benefits in life not just looks
Money , social status , IQ , archetype etc
