If you're asking sincerely, I have to assume it's a desire to feel wanted regardless of your relationship status, and to feel like you're desirable just as a concept in general. But it's a complete disrespect to everyone involved (the dude doing the hitting on and the boyfriend), and it's even disrespectful towards herself, and it's weird.

I'm a new supervisor/ trainee manager at my job

Shawty who joined a couple days ago is confused as to why I haven't made a move on her even though she was talking about her bf at one point. I will admit, and I've said this on a previous thread, that I did experiment a lil bit. Maybeee said and did some things that woulda given her the impression I was interested, but that was before she mentioned her bf
