if you can go for a goatee bc you have quite a short chin to work with, try to use accutane to make nose slimmer and fade acne, scars, blemishes, etc... brush your lips and use vaseline after, prolly tinting your hair a darker tone would be very good, and also your brows and lashes, tint them and use minoxidil for both, pcl threads for undereyes and smile lines, and most prolly filler for lips since they are quite thin
