I have a very bad eye area. Everything from my eyebrows to the shape of my eyes makes me look ugly. Wide set eyes, small eyes, round eyes, noticeable drooping eyelids, thin eyebrows sticking out like hay.

What are some ways to improve my eyes and the area around them?

Use minoxidil for the brows, for eyelashes you can use a lash serum cuz idk how safe min is for eyes. Volufiline and Kojic acid soap for your undereyes.

I'm afraid of the side effects of minoxidil, such as rapid visual aging. Also, is it likely that if I stop using minox, the eyebrow extensions will eventually fall out and everything will go back to shit?

I've thought about getting an eyebrow transplant before, but I'm afraid that the imminent nuclear apocalypse won't give me the time to trim my eyebrows every week, so I'll turn into that Japanese old sage with long eyebrows hanging down to his penis

youre maxilla is alright, the main issue would probably be your mandible

i dont think lefort is necessary, maybe an orthognhatic jaw surgery

even tho canthoplasty is obviously made on the outer edge and lower lid, It does make the upper eyelid look less exposed by lifting and tightening the outer corner of the eye, same goes for scleral show

Here are a couple more photos of the eyes, the second and third are at a right angle to the camera. The eyes are relaxed, I didn't try to squint them.
Honestly, I would still try fat grafting rather than orbital implants... especially since implants are way too expensive.

(I would generally spend Le Fort 1000 to make a sculpture out of them without fucking asymmetry)
