o have been doing this for two weeks, pushing my lower ribcage closer togther my ribcage lower bones feel softer to move now, it made my build go like more pushed snd made it shorter by almost 2 cms, but it has downsides

downides:
choking a lot more
cant yawn
no deep breathes
breathing is hard.

upsides:
better physique
feeling slimmer

anyways doing this for am onth hopefully i dont accidenty break the rib cage bones

for the sake of me writing that it actually kinda worked, when i get shredded i'll be selling courses and becoming babyshitely's successor by this method
