Society would be funnier if there was a government plan to give all kids a cycle of tren and a cycle of estrogen once they turn 10. They don't have to use them, they can choose how to administrate them during all their lifes. @Clone am I right?
Another fun idea would be to convert everyone into femboys or tomboys in all world
