people with tanned skin and white skin don't always suit tattoos, but I have never seen a brown skin that doesn't suit tattoos, I genuinely believe every brown skin, regardless of gender, should have tattoos, I think it is a very powerful looksmax

The outside pictures LITERALLY look better than the middle ones-- but ANYWAY the GENERAL rule is that COLORLESS tattoos can LOOK GOOD on pretty much ANYONE while COLORED tattoos usually look BAD on the VAST MAJORITY of people.
