You can do orthodontics rn. It may help with the jaw. If you wanna look better now - you can get fillers, as these won't affect your growth

if you are planning to get jaw surgery, normally as part of the treatment plan they have you wear braces or some other orthodontics

Personally, I would consult with a surgeon and get a treatment plan made, and then you can start on the orthodontics now and then get the surgery when you are 1 or 2 years older
