i'm thinking bout doing mk677 since my ramus it's fucking short. i've got a relatively good foundation for hollow cheeks (slightly visible at 25% bf), but my short ramus deters my facial structure a lot. what should i do to lengthen my ramus and increase bone growth?

nah, just been doing chin tucks and high-speed jaw-opening exercises, might be placebo but I've noticed a slight improvement
