should I dye my hair blonde (I have brown eyes)

I’m asking more from a coloring standpoint than from an objective “will this suit me?”.. does brown eyes and blonde hair fog or nerf? Cause I added a few minimal highlights in my brown hair a while ago and I’m getting an itch to get more highlights to the point where I become dirty blonde. But idk 🫩 I have pale skin, brown hair, and brown eyes atm and I can’t tell if thats a better or worse overall coloring than blonde hair, pale skin, and brown eyes
