Depends on what works best for your contrast, i think it’s best to base your contrast on your eye colour so for light eye colours darker tones makes them stand out more

Some kind of hazel i can’t really tell but atleast they’re not brown. Most hazel type eyes or green eyes pop way more with bright sunlight.
