For the past 2 weeks I’ve been struggling with sleep, I don’t know why. I have a low-sodium diet and walk 12k steps a day. Because of it, I haven’t been able to do the things I want to do video editing, game dev, and 3D modeling.
I’m also interested in making a meme page for Instagram lowkey, but that kind of sounds gay.
My question is: should I do it even when I’m tired and feeling like shit? I wake up at 1 PM and feel absolutely awful, so I usually end up doomscrolling and doing my chores, not focusing on my skills because I tell myself “I’m tired, I don’t have enough energy for this.”
Truth be told, I do feel groggy, and I feel like I won’t remember the stuff I learn due to poor sleep and being genuinely tired.
What do you guys think?
