Serious Should I Force Myself to Create Even When I Feel Like Shit?

For the past 2 weeks I’ve been struggling with sleep, I don’t know why. I have a low-sodium diet and walk 12k steps a day. Because of it, I haven’t been able to do the things I want to do video editing, game dev, and 3D modeling.

I’m also interested in making a meme page for Instagram lowkey, but that kind of sounds gay.

My question is: should I do it even when I’m tired and feeling like shit? I wake up at 1 PM and feel absolutely awful, so I usually end up doomscrolling and doing my chores, not focusing on my skills because I tell myself “I’m tired, I don’t have enough energy for this.”

Truth be told, I do feel groggy, and I feel like I won’t remember the stuff I learn due to poor sleep and being genuinely tired.

What do you guys think?

Srs, look at vegans for example or people who work 9-5s, they are constantly burnt out from denying their own needs and wants, it causes a chronic state of extreme stress and wreaks havoc on not only your mind but also body and face, basically if you force yourself to do things that dont truly come natural, you will look 50 years old by 25

go to a psychiatrist, and a doctor it could be some other thing not motivation, or you could get some help to get motivation.

Horrible advice, doctors will sell him addictive man made chemicals, so will psychiatrists, and coffee is poisonous to humans since it is made from seeds and seeds poison the body, I am deeply disappointed in you
 
If you want more motivation, drink raw blood and raw milk together, take cheese every 15 minutes, hot bath, most importantly make high meat out of goat liver, probably you are being poisoned by slave foods like vegetables or grains

and wtf with the seed thing, are forefathers grew crops that where seed, wheat, sorgum, beans, rice. Cofee is key and if you don't like it damm just take some tea.

Are ancestors lived off of animals, humans are meant to be carnivores, are digestive tract is putrefactory instead of fermenting like herbivores do, the reason humans in recent history have less robust skulls is from grains and seeds which contain antinutrients that leach out calcium from the bones, tea is also extremely poisonous to us since it is made from leaves and leaves contain plant defense toxins designed to poison us, you can get much more energy from drinking raw blood or rotted liver since it contains adrenalines and nutrients that are designed for us to use

For example look at people who drink lots of tea, british people for example, versus people who drink raw animal products, like nordics or massai, you can just look at them and tell which are the slaves and which are the victors

Its true, I challenge you to try high meat or if youre scared just a bite or two of raw organs, you will see how much of a different it makes, modern slave food depletes the brain of what it needs to thrive, you will feel euphoric on raw animals

Doomscrolling killed off a lot of my creativity and contributed to my tiredness, get off your phone and create small things for fun. Try to wake up earlier too, you might not be getting enough light exposure. Also, describe your diet more, because if you're walking with a low sodium diet, you might have more brain fog. Idk how long 12k steps is for you, but walking for long periods with low sodium isn't good for you. Sodium is essential for electrolyte balance, which is stupid important if you do any form of cardio. I used to feel dizzy from walking an hour or two (edit: in combo with low sodium from alternate day fasting) because it threw off my balances.
