should i get a car?

so im 15 and i live in a suburb in america which is like not walkable at all
but im going to move to new york when i graduate high school, which is like the opposite of that
i only want to get a car if i get a lexus, which is a little pricier but ik my parents would still get it for me, i just don’t think they’d like me to drive it everywhere while im still a beginnger
i won’t have any need for it when im in NY hopefully so will it even be worth it?

get one of those small cute cheap jellybean cars instead of a lexus, then it wont be an issue when u dont need it anymore
