Should I get genioplasty?

it feels like I’m spamming questions haha. This isn’t a Looksmaxxing site for no reason, lol?

Anyways, based off these photos doesn’t my chin look really weak? I mean, I already have herbst appliance but that’s not enough for me. I want a more defined jaw and stronger chin. 💪 I’m focusing more on my lower jaw cause that’s my biggest failio RN.

Genioplasty would definitely help but I would wait until the orthodontic adjustments do their job, but it would be best to ask a specialist about this. You can consult a cosmetic surgeon.

Stupid herbst appliance isn’t doing anything. What other failios do I have. I feel like my midface is too flat. My infra orbitals are obviously recessed and I think I lack chin projection. I obviously need to drop weight, and do lots of excess. When I get done with my ACL surgery im hitting the gym. This is depressing.

Yes yes. My eyebags are severe. They seriously are frustrating me… They weren’t this bad but my sleeping problems have increased over the years… I only get 4 hours of sleep now!

I think I’ll consult my orthopedic and ask for a MSE/MARPE maybe that’ll help improve my maxilla, since I’d love for it to be more projected. I feel like I’m ranting but I am very passionate about this subject.

I feel like it depends. Right now, I feel like I’d rather have an underbite. Especially because having a stupid overbite didn’t even give my extreme maxilla projection.

Hmmm. Okay. Should I also get Lefort I? How do you think my maxilla will improve with MSE. I have soo many questions. 😵‍💫

Best to ask them to a specialist or ask them separately.
