ik, i woke up and noticed that my breathing was much worse, it was about 2-3 years ago, i got scared so much, now i just wish i could breath well and its also hard asf at gym, almost fainted

i cant take a full breath at first time so sometimes i open my mouth to get some air and i also bend down and other poses to help me get a full breath, i feel big relief when i do it so it could be from pectus too

measure your intermolar width and if its less than 39mm you need marpe
