Not unless your philtrum is long but even then a lip lift or flip might be better

Assuming you have a good philtrum ratio, your lower-upper lip ratio itself is around 1:1.8, which is a bit more than ideal, so a slightly bigger upper lip would make it ideal. However, I completely believe that lip fillers would 100% overfill it and you would become way more unharmonious than b4. Just don't do it.
