Discussion Should I go back to my starvemaxxing era?

it can have negative effects on you skin, hair, and overall health wise as someone who used to starvemaxx so i’d say no
 
Eating little to no calories forces ur body it into survival mode. When your body senses starvation, it slows down your metabolism to conserve energy. This means you burn fewer calories at rest, making it harder to lose weight over time and easier to gain it back once you start eating normally again. Your body also starts breaking down muscle tissue for fuel, which not only weakens you physically but also further slows your metabolism, since muscle burns more calories than fat. Hormones also become disrupted, your thyroid slows down, cortisol rises!!

I used to starvemax, yes I get it has bad effects on all other things but from my personal experience it didn’t affect my skin, hair but it did fuck my kidneys even more
 
starving is really harmful dont do that shit
 
I’m depressed so I have energy for anything and I have to much school stuff, I know these excuses aren’t valid but yeah

Alright, so I could basically spam eggs? I just walk because most of my time is spent studying or being depressed, i figure that could work or do I really need to go to the gum

My kidneys have healed from what I feel, I don’t have painful edema on my leg anymore

just go to the gym or even workout at home. it will give u more structure and hopefully help distract u from feeling so down!

Pretty much whatever you feel just look at other macros to avoid too much cholesterol etc
 
Go out drinking and partying every night, and just eat like a pasty or a burger for McDonald’s once or twice a day.

Weight will drop off you.
