Like I socialise just alright when needed but I never go out until my girlfriend begs me to. I basically do Work, School and then also Piano and sometimes gym thats it. I barely even talk to anyone at school even though people dont hate me like their always fine with me joining in going out and stuff.

What would you need therapy for exactly? You based of this have enough social skills “when needed”, a gf, job you just seem to have a quiet simple life

You see I can be doing more with my time like I lack a stable social circle rn.

A social circle isnt gonna come out of no where most of them where already built in middleschool and branch off into highschool , by sophmore year if your not already in a social circle then chances are you wont be until college

I am in Uni right now. Should I be trying to make some friends? Cause people do talk to me but I always forget to ask for their ig or whatsapp so we can chat off campus

ah man this late into the year ? Its still possibe but itll be a little harder. Especially if your not naturally making these friends and kind of forcing it try being easy going

Honestly just make atleast one good friend and connection and try piggy backing off them to meet their friends and keep it going on

dont ask for whatsapp btw if your in america ive literally never heard someone ask that just stick to instagram make sure you have good social presence on insta with posts and shit

I have a somewhat decent social presence but thank you this is genuinely good advice imo. And also Im from Europe and not the US if that makes its better for my case.

therapy cant hurt also it lowk might help with ur ascension you look different when ur happier

I think you may be on to something actually, I was extroverted growing up
