Should i keep skipping breakfast?

What are you guys eating for breakfast? I usually skip it but idk

is it worth the cals?
Not worth it, I’d just have an energy drink instead of any solids

Not worth skipping breakfast especially for women, can raise your cortisol and cause gastritis , i recommend eating even a little bit like a banana

Bananas aren't very good for breakfast
 
i usually forget to eat breakfast, but when i remember i like to eat scrambled eggs or yogurt
 
I eat some carbs and protein like oats and milk takes me less than 10min
 
When I’m craving something sweet, I eat 250g of low-fat cottage cheese (the kind that comes in a block) + 10g of cocoa powder and a sweetener.
Or cottage cheese… sometimes plain, sometimes blended with a sweetener, sometimes savory.
Or just eggs

Basically, that’s all I eat for breakfast lol

I just make sure to prioritize protein in my first meal of the day.
Carbs make me ravenously hungry, give me heart palpitations, and so on. And they mess with my brain.
Another thing is that I have ADHD, and protein-rich breakfasts really help me

I just drink coffee cause I don’t like eating in the morning but it’s not recommended to do so.

Protein + fiber, with warm tea/water. I recommend kiwi with the skin on for fiber, it's really good for you.
 
Greek yogurt bowl, smoothie w/ protein powder, egg white + spinach with turkey bacon, breakfast wrap, if you get bored add caramel rice cakes for something sweet or a topping, eat a high fiber protein bar, oats, or flavored instant oats w/ yogurt and a spread, you could add some protein powder to it , eat it with egg whites, or turkey bacon on the side. For toppings marshmallow fluff is 20-25 calories per tbsp, and PBfit is 30-35 per tbsp. Sweet potato pancakes, protein pancakes, you can make a decent batch for ~200-300 calories. Stevia is a good sweetener, use zero sugar maple syrup as well. Really, just find a couple of low calorie foods then mix and match them.
