Should I lighten/whiten my skin tone for a higher contrast?

I naturally have a more tanned complexion, but in winter I get lighter
In this pic i feel like the lighter skin makes my eyes and eyebrows stand out more, so I'm thinking higher contrast might suit me
Also, is my eyebrow shape good? I honestly have no idea how to do my eyebrows

yes, but whiten you whole face dye your hair blonde and get blue eye contacts

DO NOT BLEACH YOUR SKIN!! You are killing your skin and making it grey. Yall goofy for suggesting that. Why wouldn't your just dye your hair and eyebrows? Like c'mon now.
