Try implementing a 1 hour wind down routine before bed. Personally I like having room temp milk, warm shower, stretching lower body/pelvic floor, keeping 100% dark room
 
I don’t have an issue with my sleep usually.
Fact is yesterday I was 6 hours outside on fields and forests,I expected to sleep well.
I remember this is literally what I recommended for women in one of my first threads and I thought I would get crazy backlash

Crazy how you’re actually following everything I said🤣🤣
