Because why not. Sugar is demonized by normies when it's not that bad
if muh insulin is your concern take a GLP-1. Nothing really beats the taste of sugar idk why you'd spend more on crappy substitutes
stevia/splenda is nice
not necessarily healthy but gives you more cal throughout the day and it's close enough to sugar

Yes, I love stevia. So much. Just be careful not to use too much as it's way way way sweeter than sugar, you usually only need 1 or 2 tablespoons for one person depending on what you're making. Works especially well in yogurts, oatmeal and cake.
