I’m pretty sure reta is like ozempic so it is just gonna help you cut more lol, just continue cutting with high protein and strength training and you will stop being skinny fat

Ik but I can't kept cutting once getting to around 140lbs I always crash no matter what I don't have enough mental strength to kept cutting
