Should i take the estrogen blockers my doctor gave me im 14 and im worried it might affect my face or body negatively

So what happend was i had gyno in like the tip of the right boob that shrunk alot over 6 months and she said my test had converted to estrogen and she said if i dont take the blockers it might affect my height badly since the estrogen might close the growth plates earlier
