this guide is pretty much all u need, just make sure to disinfect w alcohol wipes.

it isn’t risky tbh if u do it properly, it will be painful without lidocaine but u just gotta firm it on the power of self hatred tbh

also u will look like bloated ash for around 6-7 days because of the inflammation
