I would say no. A cigarette will only provide a temporary stress relief while not actually solving any issues that may be causing the stress and then later may turn into another stress factor on top when you get addicted (because you will) and then you'll have a new thing that you have to spend a bunch of unnecessary money on that you likely actually need especially in uni. I get the thing with the ssris tho, i feel the same w mine.
