Should i weight lift or would that make me look even more masculine??

just do cardio
unless you want muscle mass in the arms go ahead and weight lift

Oh you're a girl, i thought you was a moid with your flip phone

No, lifting weights will not makes you more masculine you haven't the capacity to grow as much muscles like men.
Also nobody is stopping you to do a focus on the lower body and abs : Squats, lunges, split squats, floor glutes bridge, crunches, janda sit-ups, planks.
Do push-ups to build strength, but there is a way to do it, which is different between men & women

how do i do it?

👆 This one is the classic bodybuilding/military/prison style push-up basically made for men fitting their morphology

👇 This push-up style is more anatomically better for women.
Check the difference. Woman's fingers is outward the body and the elbows stay close to the ribs during the movement
If you lack of fingers flexibility, you can use thick books to improve comfort and create "handles".
Start the push-up on your knees ofc
