Hypothesis Should religion be eradicated?

Agnosticism is objectively superior
Any other belief is flawed as it's based solely on personal, biased experiences, and/or brainwashing during development.

I understand religion can bring happiness and fulfillment to a lot of people, by bringing comfort to their dread when facing the uncomfortable truth that life is indeed meaningless, but I can also say that, overall, religion is an impediment to human advancement.

While it is of my opinion that the right of belief should be conserved, as it should be a fundamental human right, I think that transferring beliefs to others in any way
-especially to young children that are still developing- should be made illegal (as the only way to stop people from keeping such actions. It's sad yes, I think it should be natural for a normal human being to think that way)

Countless times have I seen Christians/Muslims/Jews/Buddhists/etc.
protesting against tattoos, piercings etc. on children, as they are not mature enough to be responsible for their actions and choices,.
But NEVER ever have I seen any of those same people question themselves in the way they raise their children, essentially contradicting their own revendications.

In conclusion I think religious beliefs should be accepted in our society, at the only condition that they are kept STRICTLY personal and should in no circumstances be thought to anyone as a way to alter their identity, as this is pathetic medieval brainwashing behavior.

In the most extreme case, yes, and ideally too.
But I think we should also preserve the right to having personal beliefs, as long as they don't overflow on other people's integrity.
The only reason I say this is because I'm aware it is unlikely that there will ever be a time when everyone is agnostic, but in a perfect world, it would be the case.
So truly, as of today, the main thing that has to be done is keeping those religious beliefs personal.

i dont think thats ever gonna be possible people will always push their beliefs onto others whether they like it or not and they brainwash their kids to follow their religion

Who cares what other people do as long as it doesn't affect me, just seperate it from state
