I’m going to turn 16 soon, and I was thinking about buying a retraite and enrolling in a course. My height is 178 cm+, my weight is 75 kg, and my body fat percentage is about 18–20%. I want to be much leaner, but I can’t manage it I keep falling off the wagon, even though I walk ten thousand steps every day. I’m just afraid that my growth will slow down. What do you think? Maybe you could give me some advice?

I walk 10,000 steps a day, but if I eat even a little bit, my weight goes up—and it’s really hard for me to lose that weight, even though I go to the gym.

How would taking Reta affect your growth at all? Just don’t starve yourself and you’ll be fine. Start at 2 mg and increase your dose every 4 weeks until you reach your ideal dose (if you even need to increase)
