I had left shoulder pain for 2-3 weeks, I do low volume high intensity btw, but it didnt hurt much, then the pain went to my right shoulder and it hurts on simple movements aswell, I have rested completely for 1 week and it got better but still hurts a bit, what should I do and how should I go back to lifting?

I think you shouldn't immediately return to your previous intensity first improve your shoulder stability with rotator cuff and scapula exercises. During training reduce the weights by half and check your form if you feel even the slightest discomfort, don't force it. Using dumbbells instead of barbells for a while might help relieve the pressure on your shoulders
