I am still starting a lot of stuff or would consider myself in a beginning phase. It's just hard because there aren't a lot of peptides for me so I am on a slower route. HEALTHMAXX BRO.

Cut sodium, have lots of potassium, no processed foods
Regular cardio and go to the gym
Good skincare w GHK-Cu in some of the products
Started using tretinoin for smile lines and volufiline for smile lines, undereyes, and lips
Grow out hair and learn to style
Subtle or flattering natural makeup that works with your coloring.

I don't need rhino my nose is upturned. I was saying in general I know you're not lltb youre around average I was saying in general. Why would I be mad I'm half white plus jbw is annoying y'all are inflating it (I know it exists generally)
