The thing is
I used to chew on one side, sleep on one side during my development 14-16
Now one side is like more developed with a higher cheekbone and the other side got like different shape it's like flat and the cheekbone r lower in this side.
The eyebrows one is higher in the higher side and one is low in the lower side, the eyes one is higher than the other one.

The thing is I think I do have misslinged spehnoid bone but I can improve my Asymmetry by bone remodeling in the weaker side and sometimes I think the reason why's one eye is higher than the other one is not because of misslinged sphenoid bone it's because the cheekbone support on that side.
I appreciate any advice that I can get

Idk if I should send a photo but I think that the explanation Is enough because I explained the details and anyone with knowledge will probably know what im talking about
The first thing anyone knowledgeable will tell you is that facial asymmetries involve millimeter sized differences and that it's impossible to analyze them without a 3D image

However considering what you've said, it's most likely due to your genetic skeletal structure and the congenital angle of the sphenoid bone. I recommend you see an orthodontist

What about the bad habits I did like chewing and sleeping when I was 14 and 15 like one side got better cheekbone and the other is kinda flat you know misslinged spehnoid bone can't do this it just makes your face higher on one side not more devolped can Asymmetry be improved In this case ?

You can't change your bone structure at home, but you can significantly reduce the appearance of asymmetry by increasing muscle mass on the weaker side. I'm referring to the masseter muscle

you can change your bone structure by chewing if your still devolping and I'm 16 and I'm not talking about the masseter muscle only I'm talk in general

Chewing and habits can shape bone structure, but this only becomes possible during the growth spurt at ages 12-13

Go to an orthodontist. They will take an X ray of your jaw and diagnose whether the problem is in the muscles joints or bones

The solution depends on what is actually causing your asymmetry. If it's mostly soft tissue, muscle, or posture, you can improve it. If it's due to the underlying facial bones having developed differently, the amount you can change without surgery is limited.
See an orthodontist or a maxillofacial surgeon for an evaluation.
If your bite is uneven, ask if you have a crossbite, mandibular shift, or other jaw asymmetry.
If needed, they may recommend a CBCT (3D dental scan) to see whether the asymmetry is skeletal.
If you still chew mostly on one side, stop.
Make a conscious effort to chew on both sides.
If one side feels uncomfortable to chew on, that may indicate a bite issue that should be addressed rather than forced.
Sleep position.
Sleeping on one side doesn't permanently deform the facial bones in a healthy teenager, but it can contribute to temporary swelling and may reinforce habits.
Try alternating sides or sleeping on your back if it's comfortable.
Check your posture.
Neck posture, head tilt, and tight muscles can make one eyebrow and eye appear higher.
A physiotherapist can assess whether you have a habitual head tilt or muscle imbalance.
how old are you that would help me.
