Signs you have DOG-TIER genetics

1.) Manlet Stature
Your height is 5'7 or less. This is a no brainer.
You're not even fun-sized. You're gnome sized. Brutal for men.


2.) Severely Recessed jaw/chin
This one ruins your overall side profile and makes you look less developed even to normies from front aswell.
Need surgery to fix this.

3.) Exposed Upper Eyelids
When you lose some bodyfat, your upper eyelids start to get rlly exposed.

4.) Long Midface/Overly Compact Midface
Gives you that horse face "why the long face" look when your midface ratio is signifcantly < 1
But a midface ratio that is 1.1 or > gives you that squished face look.


5.) Inward Gonions/Rounded Jaw
A defined jawline is a very important dimorphic feature for men.
A rounder jaw will make you look less masculine and you'll look less attractive overall.


6.) Long philtrum
You got a monkey tier philtrum. Ideally you want to have a shorter philtrum and a longer chin.
2.4-2.8 is the ideal chin to philtrum ratio.


7.) Bad bodyfat distribution
You don't store majority of your fat in your legs. It goes straight to your face and it takes multiple weeks of extreme dieting to get rid of it.

8.) Bad neck insertions
You have a thinner/longer neck naturally. Skinny people usually have this, but it's one of the more fixable ones.
Just train like a F1 driver for a few months.


9.) Narrow Frame
Your clavicles are narrow. Will easily make you look DYEL in clothing and it ruins your physique.
Spamming lateral raises can't really save you.

10.) Overly flared ears/No Ears
Your ears are super flared outwards, or not visible at all from the front.
Get ear correction surgery asap, you don't want to go around looking like Dumbo. Or like you have no ears at all (from front).
