If you struggle with chronic joint/overall body pain I recommend low dose naltrexone. I have hEDS. Btw can you do the thumb-wrist thing too lol? Look up the Beighton scale.

Are you a man or a woman? I only know other women with hEDS so far. Also is it hEDS or the other types for you?
I’m a woman, I’ve only been told I have EDS, but never went far enough to know which subtype of the 13 known I fall into, I don’t have full hypermobility I guess?? My shoulders, hips, ankles and wrist joints often fall out of socket on their own, my skin isn’t very stretchy, apart from in some places on my body. It also affects my heart. I have more appointments on it further out, but yea.
