(I struggle to maintain basic habits for facial symmetry. For example, when I sleep, I can't stay on my back; I always wake up on my side, or I simply can't fall asleep at all. I thought about asking my parents for a neck pillow, like the ones they use on buses or airplanes, but that might be a bit strange. I also have trouble chewing on both sides at the same time because of dental problems. My molars on the right side are cracked (Don't hurts, it's just disgusting) I've considered pulling them out myself, but I can't; they're badly cracked, and I don't know how to tap them out or remove them. If I do pull them out, I'd also have to remove the one on the left side to avoid making the asymmetry even worse. Is there anything I can do?)

Yes, but I can't. My insurance doesn't cover any treatments like tooth extractions, let alone cosmetic things like braces, so it will cost me a lot of money. I wanted to know if there is any way to pull it out myself, and what happens if I do. Will my face deform?
If you try to do smth by yourself most prolly you’ll end up looksmining so either you go to the orthodontist after saving up or asking your parents or ldar rather than taking the huge risk of descending
Thats just all cope, go to the orthodontist first to ask for help, mark as solution

(I don't understand how to mark it as a solution 😅)
