Why are you Underweight

i do but i am having no imporvements
Here are specific alternatives to try
  • Switch to Gentle Cleansing: If your skin feels dry, tight, or irritated, you are likely overwashing. Limit cleanser use to once per day (usually at night) and only use water in the morning.
  • Targeted Treatments (Active Ingredients): Instead of just washing, add products with active ingredients tailored to your needs. Use salicylic acid for blackheads/acne, retinol for anti-aging, or chamomile for calming redness.
  • Try Exfoliation (Not Scrubs): Daily washing does not remove buildup of dead skin cells. Use a chemical exfoliator (like AHA or BHA) one to two times a week to improve glow, rather than a harsh physical scrub.
  • Try Double Cleansing: If you wear makeup or sunscreen, start with an oil-based cleanser, followed by your regular cleanser, to thoroughly clear pores.
  • Evaluate Your Products: Switch to a gentle, hydrating, or oil-free cleanser based on your skin type, and always follow with moisturizer and sunscreen.
If your skin does not improve after making these changes, it is best to see a dermatologist to rule out underlying issues.
