How can i get rid of these spots. They are all on my face and look dirty. Is there a way to wipe them out fully. I already use sunscreen to prevent any more from happening

retinoid and an exfoliator assuming u already have a good gentle cleanser and moisturizer

Salicylic acid (BHA)
Retinol
Niacinamide (INCI)
