3 months is WAY too long with Kojic acid to be used, I will make a full thread addressing it but Kojic acid was ironically more harmful to my skin than so called "harsh" whitening products

Yeah there’s definitely dangerous products out there that brainwashed ethnics take without thinking it through. There’s lots of Korean skin whitening products along with stuff like caro white that contain mercury which can cause skin cancer. Shit like caro white also might even make ur pigment worse and give u rebound pigmentation.

Hydroquinone is relatively safe, as long as you cycle on for three months and off for another three. Rebound hyperpigmentation does exist, but as long as you use vitamin C/sunscreen, you’ll be fine.
