What’s everyone’s opinion on led light masks and high frequency wands?
I’ve been thinking of buying one or maybe both but idk if it’s worth it

Redlight works. I have a red light lamp box. They tend to come with the red light frequency spectrum papers that verify it is indeed the right frequency from factory. But most masks and normie devices do that and are fraud red leds that have a color filter on them. A true red light lamp will emit true red light frequency. Go on ebay. Find redlight therapy lamp. Iv had mine for 5 years now and was the best investment
