Skincare suggestions? What should i add to my routine?

I'm 18, have moderate acne and dry skin, very visible smile lines too due to bad habits and shit sleep, here's what i use, anything i should add on or am i good? (Panxyol, niacinaminde from the ordinary, hydroboost moistruzer and retinol from neutrogena)

Cope, I dont do skincare but I have perfect skin except for a scab on my face from biting my lip

okay, it can be fixed through diet but I eat shitty foods when I eat + I hardly eat and I don’t wash my face not even with water. And I got clear skin, it is mostly genetics
Tbh just eat carnivore diet & use yuka to scan for harmful chemicals in skincare products

You can also try cerave wash, fix your diet that’s important, and fix the sleep

I'd drop the retinol for tret, and add something else for moisture retention like an overnight mask..

Start with 2-3x a week, after your barrier eventually gets accustomed to it, move to 4-5x a week until you eventually use it everyday.
okay good shit, is tret a big upgrade compared to retinol cream? i've only been using the retinol for 2 weeks and honestly i see a massive difference, tret sounds exciting

Looks like a good skin care routine. Personally all I do is just apply coconut oil on my face and shoulders before going to sleep.
 
I tried coconut oil for my beard and it made my skin worse somehow, maybe is the brand im using, but why shoulders?
Because I used to have a bad case of acne on my shoulders until I tried coconut oil on it. I also noticed that personally my skin quality was noticeably worse when I don’t put coconut oil, but that’s just me. I am not bought by Big Coconut Oil Inc.
