its not a surgery hehe, it will expand your palate sidewys therefore all of your skull is going to imitate that

In the eye area mainly. My cheekbones are good ig but my face still looks thin probably because the lack of transversal growth idk

What I'm trying to do is that. My face is basically very thin (flat + very close to the eyes) in that region; even if I developed my masseter it would still look thin because of that region

It most likely is but i can't say for certain without seeing pics, a lefort 1 + implants could give u more midface projection and fix the issue
