Ofc! I would say to improve your health indicators eg. good diet & drinking enough water! I’d also suggest using a little bit of lip tint like benetint or dupe which will make you look more lively. Your hair and colouring is perfect, maybe look into good haircare and growing your hair out a little.
Your nose and face is also a little bloated but it does seem to be a diet problem from what I can see. Hope this helped
