Food sources of melatonin: tart cherries, tomatoes, red grapes, and walnuts.

Healing your circadian rhythm is a good step as well, with these precautions:
Limiting blue light

Sufficient sunlight exposure

Some physical activity, could be walking, stretching, doesn't have to be intense but light-moderate activity
