Tbh I started to get into lucid dreaming and one of the risks is sleep paralysis or some shit and then I started getting it. Most of the time I didn't see anything or I'd have my eyes shut but not be able to move. The weirdest one was this see through glowy thing stood then to a shadow person. It's not scary though and I can escape pretty easy

You have to try alot and do reality checks alot and stuff it's really hard I could never control them properly

I'd always try to go to somewhere like idk a friends house for example so I'd say to myself when I land (cause I'd be flying) I'll be at my friend's house and then I'd just always wake up. Sometimes I'd just give up and run around with super speed
