Sleepcopers will tell you that sleep is the most important thing ever cus muh recovery.
Some even argue with lifespan, but that's bullshit.


Here is why:

Let's say we have person A:

Sleeps 6h every night


And person B:

Sleeps 9h every night



First we gotta agree on the fact that sleeping isn't "living".
During sleep you can't do anything.
Try to argue otherwise if you want.


Now let's do the math:

The difference in sleeping time is 3h every day between person A and B.
3 hours is 1/8 of the day. After multiplying by 365 days and then 80 years, we can calculate that:

Person B spent 10 years more with sleeping than person A.

Let that sink in!
10 whole years of being able to do things wasted with sleeping!


In my opinion you should sleep as little as is needed to stay healthy. In my opinion it's 6 hours per night.

Don't let sleepcopers take away your lifespan!

Very small % of ppl have genes that allow for 6h sleep and most of the ppl saying they can are just coping to feel special and have problems such as lower testosterone, lower productivity, higher stress etc
