Small lips and mouth

My lips, mostly upper lip, have always been rather small. Along with that, many actual mouth has been small and narrow. Not sure if there is anything I can do about my actual mouth; however, there must be something to fix the lips. Any advice?
 
volufiline can fix the small lips and using chapstick can actually make your lips a bit bigger
