I used to do it, and it would help in my leanmaxxing journey cuz it suppresses your appetite, but now that i'm eating like a pig AND smoking it's just plain retarded. Prob gonna keep vaping for a while but yea. Smoking like kurt cobain is joever im gonna try to stop.
