disclaimer: this is how I define SMV and how it makes sense to me
Sexual Marketplace Value
the total amount of sexual interest expressed towards a person
the amount of sexual demand there is for you is your sexual marketplace value. This of course means a mtn celebrity has a higher SMV than a cl with 500 ig followers
this means that SMV isnt a value out of 10 or a percantage, its value that can keep growing. The more sexual attraction that is expressed to you, the higher your SMV is.
while a facial PSL rating may predict your success with 1 girl, SMV is your persons total quantity of female attraction recieved
How to Increase your SMV?
for a girl to express sexual interest in you, you have to pass a looks barrier. Mainly Face and Height.
For most girls, that barrier for attraction is a 7/10 however most women are willing to lower their barrier for attraction by 1-2 looks levels
Features that bring their barrier down
- Height :blackpill:
- Physique/Frame :redpill:
- Personality :bluepill:
- "type"/nichemaxxing with fashion :bluepill:

Therefore:

Ideally blow up with millions of followers or become a celebirity but since we all know thats not happening..
Your goal in IG is for the people seeing it to think youre doing something cool every weekend and traveling every month.
aim for 4 digits by following and unfollowing, if you have a htn+ profile picture, girls are likely to follow back. aim to have between 100-300 following and 1000-10,000 follower count
In terms of posts you want to have 3-9 carousels all posted with around 1 month in between. Each carousel should be in one location

Monaco boys trip - pic 1 group pic, pic 2 gym pic, pic 3 jetski selfie, pic 4 cliff jumping...

How to structure your highlights?
If you dont have many stories, feel free to to put whichever pic that helps you fraud up a looks level in your highlights
If you have many stories then you want to structure them.
1 for your face
1 for your physique
1 for pictures without your face such as nature
etc
keep in mind to keep some "aura" with your ig, no stupid picture, no stupid videos. Be NT yet dont jester
3. Going out
Frequent clubs, gyms, malls, cafes. Anywhere with high female foot traffic. Cold approach or just be seen. More appearances = more impressions = more potential attraction = higher SMV.
You want to be OUT and ABOUT every friday-saturday taking pictures and talking to people randomly. It doesnt matter just talk, you will never see her AGAIN. Ask for IGs though
If you struggle to be low inhib then i recommend drugmaxxing, find what works for you but imo some good options are weed, baclofen, cocain, pregabalin

A HTN-CL (7-8/10) or even High MTN (5-6/10) will have INCREDIBLE results from this (especially if they are frauding and nichemaxxed)
You will be exposed to thousands of girls rather than just 10-20
From here what you want to do is cold text by replying to stories of girls that you have mutal's with. Not fucking heart eyes and not a compliment. Something to do with the story. Even if you arent into her just be entertaining to talk to and message once in a while. With this strategy you will have hundreds of girls willing to come over after just one "u up?" text.
