For the last 6 months I’ve gotten anywhere from .org hmtn - mhtn (without any glaze, I dont count rates from ppl I know) and I’m pretty stuck on what I can even do next. No seriously. Wtf else can I even do chat.

I’ve spent the last couple days lowering the ego since ik I’m not allat. And it honestly feels like I haven’t changed much at all.

Which surgery lowers the jaw frontal btw?

mandibular angle reduction

You should measure harmony and total with dimo, misc etc. Make a list of deductions and choose which to correct for ROI's

Yeah, thank you. I’m learning about how to properly analyse my face since I’ve done all the softmaxxing I can. Well I’m still 15% body fat but I’ve done everything else

go down to 10-12% for better angularity and then just stay as healthy as possible , if you're softmaxxed not much more you can do

yeah, it's still good to go over every ratio and what not. If you would like I could do it for you quickly

personally i'd say it took 3 months to start seeing visible results and 6 months for it to be genuinely noticeable , it's a long process but thankfully it's not as time consuming and hard as full body workouts

i only workout to maintain my frame so it's not super high effort like it used to be for me since i was fat , my focus is more so on my diet than my workouts , now the only softmaxx left for me before summer is growing my hair back to a semi long lenght and i'll be good
