Stop bad self talk and replace it with neutral or positive language,replace negative thoughts with more neutral ones for example from everyone is looking at me and thinks im stupid to everyone probably is to worried about their own lives to be thinking about me and a few may of happened to have me in their eye range.

My life is Perfect to every extinct tbh, but the only thing destroying it r Ma school shi(Bad Grades) and that Ma personality could be a Bit better all tho its Not horribke its Like a LMTN Personality
